Tamara Deedman Artist in Residence 2017/2018 Tamara Deedman is a Canadian artist who recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NSCAD University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Currently residing in Edmonton Alberta, she has been working with the Art Mentorship Society of Alberta trying to dismantle the stigma behind mental illness and to help create accessible, safe spaces for individuals seeking to find wellness through art.
