Deltra Powney www.deltrapowney.com Deltra holds a Visual Communications Diploma from Medicine Hat College, a BFA from the University of Alberta. She has worked as a graphic designer for national and international public relations, advertising agencies and a distribution company, and has exhibited paintings, sculptures, installation, and print based work in Saskatchewan and Alberta. She has participated in residencies both in Alberta and the Yukon Territory, and taught community art classes in the greater Edmonton area. She currently divides her time between her home studio in Stony Plain, SNAP in Edmonton, and A/P in Calgary.
