Come join instructor Alex R.M. Thompson on an exploration of involved etching processes. Create sculptural plates with incredibly tactile surfaces, experiment with colour inking and multiple-plate registration, and learn about ink interactions in this intensive and fun 6 week workshop where you’ll learn all about things like multi-plate, extensive reworking, relief rolling, and touching on viscosity and ink dynamics. Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to work, but no prior etching experience is necessary!
