Privacy Policy

This privacy policy tells you how we use personal information collected at this site. By using this site, you are accepting the following policies described:

  • Information collection: We collect personally identifiable information, including names, postal addresses, emails, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors for the purpose of memberships, class registration, donations, newsletter subscription, and/or event tickets.

  • Use of data: The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific requests. Registered Members may also receive specific communication outside of their initial request in relation to Members specific matters including, but not limited to, event invitations, facility notifications, and annual general meeting notifications. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties for any reason. 

  • Commitment to data security: Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized individuals within the organization (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from the site will allow you to opt out of further mailings at anytime.

Return Policies

We strive to provide value and joy through our various products and initiatives, however to ensure clarity and consistency, if an issue arises we have established the following refunds policies:

  • Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable. A Member can withdraw from the active memberships at any time, however should the member wish to withdraw prior to the end of their term, no refund will be given. Memberships will be automatically renewed annually. You will be notified in advance of renewal with the option to cancel payment. 

  • Classes: Registrants can cancel with 14 days notice in advance of the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Registrants who cancel with 5 days notice will receive a 50% refund. In the case of needing to cancel with less than 5 days notice, we are unable to issue any refund. If a registrant misses day(s) of a course held over multiple sessions, partial refunds will not be issued. If the organization needs to cancel a class at any time, then a full refund will be issued to all participants, regardless of timeframe.  

  • Art Sales: Purchases within 7 days can be exchanged for similar item/value but are non-refundable.

Process & Shipping for Art Sales

Customers can expect the following terms in regards to purchasing artwork/merchandise:

  • Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days

  • Local pick-up is available for no fee. Orders will be held for 14 days to be picked up, unless otherwise coordinated with our Arts & Advocacy Assistant (who can be reached at artsandadvocacy@snapartists.com).

  • Flat shipping rates apply to all other provincial, national, and international orders.

  • Our team prioritizes protective and durable packaging for all orders. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping.
