Thank you for providing the opportunity to experience the liminal spaces within my being while immersed in the immensity of Canada\u2019s wild north.&#8221; &#8211; Deltra Powney<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biography<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"il\">Deltra<\/span> Powney holds a Visual Communications Diploma from Medicine Hat College and a BFA from the University of Alberta. She divides her time between her home studio in Stony Plain, Society of Northern Alberta Printmakers in Edmonton, Alberta Printmakers in Calgary, and teaching adult painting classes at Edmonton City Arts Centre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Opening Reception: Friday, May 17<sup>th<\/sup>, 7-9 pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"This exhibition explores the theme of sensed tension within liminal space.
