SNAP invites members and guests to our 2023 Annual Print Affair: MORE IS MORE on Saturday, December 2, 2023! Dress up from head-to-toe in outrageous prints and bring your biggest personality to our maximalist-themed celebration of Edmonton’s print community. Celebrate the launch of the Members Show and Sale, bid on raffle items and enjoy delicious food and drinks from many neighboring and local businesses. We will be featuring live printmaking activities, games, and a live DJ — a feast for the senses! All proceeds go towards fundraising for SNAP’s programming. Let’s go ALL OUT FOR PRINTMAKING!
Print Affair this year will feature a daytime family-friendly party from 12-3pm and the main event, Evening Gala, from 7pm till late – and your Print Affair ticket gives you access to both! For the Ultimate Print Fan, we have exclusive Champagne Preview tickets – which gives you early access to the Members Show & Sale from 6-7PM. Get your tickets below!
Your support of SNAP’s fundraising efforts helps sustain our printshop, exhibitions, and programming, and allows SNAP to keep bringing our community together through printmaking.
Note: Minors accompanying guests are welcome to attend for free!
Masking is highly encouraged as we request guests to keep staff and artists’ safety in mind.
Print Affair Daytime Party, 12-3PM: A family focused daytime preview event which includes refreshments, card and tree decoration printing activities and print games. The Members Show will be open for viewing only. Family Friendly!
Champagne Preview, 6-7PM: An exclusive networking cocktail hour with early access to the Member’s Show & Sale, complimentary refreshments, and access to the Daytime Preview & Evening Gala included. For the serious print fan!
Print Affair Evening Gala, 7pm-late: Our Main event, featuring Member’s Show & Sale, print activations, games, delicious refreshments, cocktails & mocktails, live DJ and dancing.
Evening:
6-7PM: Champagne Preview hour 7PM: Doors Open for General Admission 9PM: Thank you speech + Costume contest + Raffle Draw 10:30PM: Last call for drinks
Costume Contest:
We can’t have our guests get all dressed up without showing our appreciation! We will have a casual contest judged by a show of hands at 9PM. We will have prizes for the categories of Best Dressed, Maximum Prints & Patterns, and All Glammed Up. So make sure to DRESS TO IMPRESS!!
Raffle Draw:
