Print. Party. Repeat.
This September 29th, SNAP is taking art to the streets!
For maximum spectacle, SNAP is steamroller printing massive woodblocks carved by specially commissioned artists, community groups, and visitors. BLOCKOUT artists are working with the theme “City Skies,” celebrating the urban environment as a space of community gathering and collective wonder.
Purchase a big print or head inside to try letterpress printing from blocks carved by emerging artists. Go home with something special from SNAP’s Night Market or get a print hot off the press! Come see SNAP for yourself and meet the artists who make up one of Edmonton’s most exciting artist-run centres.
This event is free and open to the public. SNAP will be accepting donations.
