Want to utilize Photoshop for your printmaking practice but feel like your skills don’t match your ambition? Join in SNAP’s Professional Development Demonstration that focuses on Photoshop Tips & Tricks for Printmakers. Artist Alex Linfield will demonstrate how to use Photoshop in ways that translate successfully to printmaking. Learn the basics from creating files, resizing images, making layers, using masks, adjusting colour modes, and using bitmaps. This one evening session will allow you to explore the possibilities of Photoshop and give a good introduction to the program for which you could later book one-to-one sessions to improve your skills.
*This demonstration is open to anyone but is geared for Photoshop beginners or individuals requiring a refresher specific to printmaking outcomes.
