Photoshop’s capacity to create unique and dynamic imagery is limitless. For printmakers understanding Photoshop can bring new ideas to life. This four-week class provides students with a foundational knowledge of Photoshop so they can confidently explore its potential in image making. Artist, Darcy Paterson will open up the wide world of possibilities that Photoshop has to offer Printmakers. The course starts with the basics so you will learn to competently navigate your way around the interface and organize your project. It finishes with an exploration of advanced features in masking, filters, effects and more. Participants can bring in images that they are struggling with or have questions regarding for designated one on one support.

Cancellation Policy:

Individuals who have registered for a class or workshop at SNAP but are unable to attend need to inform SNAP 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. Registrants who cancel with 5 days notice will receive 50% of their registration fee. Once the course has begun SNAP is unable to issue a refund or offer makeup classes for any days missed. Courses are subject to a minimum enrolment in order to run. If SNAP cancels a course due to low enrolment, notice will be given at least 5 days in advance and a full refund will be issued.
