Four folds, one cut, instant book! Print your very own zine style instant book using relief print techniques, colourful ink, and presses with Emerging Artist in Residence LeeAnne Johnston. During this 3-week class learn linocut carving techniques, how to mix ink, print on SNAP’s presses, and how to create a layout for your 5 x 6” folded instant zine. Combine text and imagery and infuse your own artistic style to print multiples of your zine to share and send out into the world.

*Participants have the option of attending a closing reception of LeeAnne’s exhibition on Saturday, November 16 from 1 – 2 pm to finish folding and putting together their zines and to see all of the student’s completed work as a group.
